
MCF App for Wix User Guide
Complete the setup of your HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) app by following the steps below.
Use the MCF App for Wix to connect your Wix website to MCF. To install the MCF app, you will need to:
- Add the MCF app to your Wix website
- New to HAQM? Create an account
- Connect your HAQM account
- Map your Wix SKUs to your HAQM SKUs
- Enable HAQM Fulfillment as a Shipping Option
- Shipment Confirmation Email (optional)
- Limit shipping rates on orders over a certain amount (optional)
Once setup is complete, MCF delivery options (Standard – 3 days and Expedited – 2 days) will appear as options at checkout for any order that HAQM can fulfill in its entirety, meaning that it contains only SKUs that are in stock and mapped for fulfillment by MCF. Products fulfilled by MCF will automatically be updated with tracking information once they are shipped.
HAQM will only fulfill an order if the customer chooses one of the MCF shipping options at checkout. If there are products in your Wix store that are not fulfilled using MCF, you will need to ensure that you have configured other shipping options to appear in checkout so that you can accept orders for those products.
Add the HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment app to your Wix website
To add the MCF app to your site, navigate to the HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment app page in the Wix App Market and click “Add to Site.”

New to HAQM? Create an account
- If your business is new to HAQM, start by creating your account:
- Create an HAQM selling account and set up FBA – this is the best choice if you plan to sell on HAQM and also use MCF
- Create an HAQM Supply Chain account – this is the best choice if you don’t plan to sell on HAQM and only want to use MCF for off-HAQM orders

- Add your products to your HAQM account and specify FBA inventory
- Prepare your products for safe and secure transportation to a fulfillment center, according to HAQM packing guidelines and shipping and routing requirements.
- Send your products to HAQM
- Create your shipping plan, print HAQM shipment ID labels, and send your shipments to HAQM fulfillment centers. Learn more about sending inventory to HAQM.
- Once HAQM receives your products at the fulfillment center, your inventory is ready for fulfillment.
Connect your HAQM account
To connect your US HAQM account to your Wix store, click “Connect App to HAQM” on the “HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment Setup” page.
Login with your HAQM account credentials and review the terms and conditions before clicking “Confirm” and “Allow”. Once you’ve successfully connected, you will see this success screen:
Note:
- The HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment App currently only supports Chrome and Firefox and does not support Safari.
- The HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment App will use your existing US FBA inventory to fulfill orders from your Wix website. The HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment app only supports inventory based in the US. Check back for updates in the future.
- If you encounter an error with the steps above, it may be due to a pop-up blocker on your browser. Ensure that the pop-up blocking is disabled and try again. Learn more about the pop-up blocker for Chrome and Firefox.
Map your Wix SKUs to your HAQM SKUs
Click on the “SKU Mapping” tab to connect your Wix SKUs with the corresponding HAQM SKUs.
Note: Mapping your SKUs will cause HAQM shipping rates to appear at checkout if HAQM can fulfill the order. If you do not wish for certain items to be fulfilled by HAQM, you can un-map the SKUs.
- If your SKUs in Wix are an exact match for the equivalent SKUs in HAQM Seller Central, click “Automap”.
- If your SKUs in Wix do not match your SKUs on your HAQM account, you can map your SKUs by clicking on the pencil icon next to each SKU.
- Products with multiple variants: if your Wix products are configured with variations, ensure that you have assigned a SKU value for each variation (learn more). Ensure that there are no spaces after the Wix SKU value that you enter. After assigning SKUs to each variation, return to the “SKU Mapping” page and click “Sync Wix SKUs”.
- If you have added additional products to your Wix store and you are not seeing them on the “SKU Mapping” page, click “Sync Wix SKUs”.

Note: You can find the HAQM SKU values in the “HAQM Fulfilled” Inventory Report or on the “Manage Inventory” page in Seller Central.
Enable HAQM Fulfillment as a shipping option
- Start by clicking on Settings in the left navigation bar.
- On the settings page, click on “Shipping & fulfillment.”
- Select the appropriate region. Currently, the HAQM Multi-Channel Fulfillment app supports the United States only.
- Click the slider to enable HAQM Fulfillment. Activating this will allow HAQM to show the HAQM shipping options to customers at checkout. The HAQM shipping options will only appear if HAQM can fulfill all items in the cart. HAQM will only fulfill products if the customer selects one of the HAQM options at checkout.
- (Optional) If all of the SKUs in your Wix store will be fulfilled by HAQM MCF, you may turn off any other shipping rates that you’ve created in your Wix store. Any rates that you add in the Shipping section (see screenshot above) will appear at checkout alongside the HAQM fulfillment options. HAQM MCF will only fulfill an order if your customer chooses one of the HAQM MCF shipping options at checkout.
- Congratulations! Once set up, the live HAQM shipping options will begin to appear at checkout for the items that you have mapped for fulfillment by MCF.
Shipment confirmation email (optional)

Limit shipping rates on orders over a certain amount (optional)
If you would like to cap the Shipping Rates for your customers at checkout, navigate to the “Settings” page and activate HAQM Shipping Rate Overrides.
Why are the HAQM ship options not appearing at checkout?
HAQM shipping options will only appear at checkout if MCF can fulfill the entire order. If the order contains a Wix SKU that is not mapped to an HAQM SKU, HAQM ship options will not appear. Likewise, if the order contains a Wix SKU that has been mapped to an HAQM SKU but you do not have inventory available to fulfill the order, HAQM rates will not appear. If you have SKUs that will be fulfilled using a method other than HAQM MCF, you will need to configure a separate shipping rate that will appear in addition to HAQM Fulfillment. Since the additional rate will appear as an option even if HAQM is able to fulfill the order, you may consider configuring shipping rates by product (Learn how).
Why didn’t HAQM fulfill my order?
HAQM only fulfills orders if your customer selects one of the HAQM shipping options (Standard or Expedited) at checkout. If your customer selects another method but you would still like HAQM to fulfill the item, you can manually place an MCF order in Seller Central. If you do so, the tracking number will not update automatically in Wix. Once the order has shipped, you can retrieve the tracking number in Seller Central and enter it in Wix to update the order status.
How can I track orders fulfilled by HAQM MCF?
When a product ships, HAQM MCF automatically updates the tracking number. You can find this on your orders dashboard in Wix. Your customers can view tracking information on the “My Orders” page or in the shipment confirmation email they receive, if enabled (Learn more). When a tracking number has been added for every product in the order, the order status will update to “Fulfilled.”
