How it works
ECCNAG improves operations and management through modules for team, operations, supply chain, finance, and after-sales management. When processing orders in the system, you can choose to use MCF for order fulfillment.

How to connect
- Log into your Eccang account
- Authorize your HAQM stores. For detailed steps, please refer to Authorization Guide
- In the authorized store, choose Create FBA warehouses, partitions, storage locations, and delivery methods
- Complete basic multi-channel order information and settings such as “unbranded packaging” or ” use HAQM logistics”
- Specify the shipping SKU (HAQM FNSKU), and confirm whether you want to save the SKU records for your future shipping orders
- Complete the settings by saving your carrier information.
